Christian Education:

Sunday School:
Sunday morning classes for Ages 3-Adult are offered at 9:30AM, Sept.-May

Confirmation:
Catechetical instruction leading to confirmation is provided for 7th & 8th graders.

Membership Classes :
Classes for persons who wish to review the basic Christian teachings of the Lutheran Church are provided by our Pastor several times each year.


Youth Groups:
Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
3rd Grade - 5th Grade
6th Grade - 8th Grade
9th Grade - 12th Grade (Senior High)

Outreach Programs:

Senior Citizen's Mini-bus

Transportation for Senior Citizens of the Brookline community within Brookline for doctor appts., shopping, etc.
Bus runs from 9:30am-2:30pm on
Mon., Wed., & Fri.
412-344-4222 (Must call 9:00-11:30 for reservation)

Meal on Wheels
Provides meals daily by volunteers in the community. For more information please call 412-343-8144.

Pleasant Valley Shelter
Cook and serve meals to the homeless the 1st Tuesday of each month.

Ongoing Fellowship Events:
Coffee time and Fellowship after early service before Sunday School.

OWL's (Older, Wiser Lutherans) Members attend monthly planned events.

Adult Choir and Handbells:
St. Mark's has an adult choir and also a handbell choir.

Puppet Ministry:
Our puppet ministry is a group of young adults and youth from the congregation. They have gone on tour and made appearances at parades in the area.
